We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to drive the sales of tyres, batteries, and lubricants across corporate and dealer channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
The successful candidate must have proven B2B and dealer sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive, lubricant, tyre, or related industry.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's range of tyres, batteries, and lubricants to corporate clients and dealer networks.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet operators, and corporate customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospects to drive sales growth.
Expand the company's dealer network and strengthen existing partnerships.
Ensure timely order processing and coordinate product deliveries.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–4 years' experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, tyre, lubricant, battery, FMCG, or industrial products industry.
Experience selling to corporate clients and dealer/distributor channels is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
